Located near the entrance to the community, the Radbourne clubhouse is a well-appointed space available for parties and business functions. Its base, adjacent to the community pool, houses a locker room, showers, and a ping pong patio.
Swimming Pools
Our pool includes newly upgraded furniture, deck, and fencing. Gas grills are available. The pool area overlooks a scenic four-acre lake with a curtain of tall hardwood trees in the background. Well-used by residents and guests, the pool is a lovely place to spend a relaxing afternoon or warm summer evening.
Tennis Courts
We have four competition-quality, lighted tennis courts.
Lake
Our private, four-acre lake is the perfect place to relax. Come and sit beside it, watch the birds, or enjoy a picnic on its shores.
Greenway
With three entrances to one of Charlotte’s longest greenways, Radbourne residents are within minutes of strolling, walking, skating, or cycling through miles of countryside. Shopping and UNC-Charlotte can be accessed from the greenway.
Landscaping
All of Radbourne’s common areas are beautifully landscaped. A variety of mature trees line each street. A gazebo, perfect for taking family pictures, is situated near tennis court, pool, playground, and lake.
